At Boomerang Transport our contracted drivers use their own vehicle to take medical patients to their doctor’s appointments. We transport patients all over the southeast region and assign rides based on location and driver performance. Compensation is based upon loaded mileage (which starts counting once you have picked up the patient and does not include driving to get to the patient’s pickup location). Not adhering to the Boomerang Tablet such as inappropriate or not approved interpersonal relations with the passenger, unsafe driving, or allowing riders other than the passenger in the vehicle can result in penalties that range from fines to jail time. Even though there is not another Boomerang representative in the car with you there are private investigators that will randomly follow some cars, and your passenger will submit a report after every ride.
